Will sugar soap remove cooking oil that sprayed in the oven?

I cooked some chicken and oiled the tin with cooking oil. It splattered all inside the oven, and difficult to get off.

Next time I'll use a non stick tin because the oil burns and sticky all in the oven. Will sugar soap remove cooking oil that sprayed in the oven?
Soap is a surfacant. Surfacants only reduce the surface tension of water, and will not solvate a polymer. Your oil has been ';coked';.

You'll need an organic solvent (organic as in organic chemistry not nice to nature).

Gasoline would work well, but not sure I'd want that in my oven. Other light oils may work as well but might not evaporate as readily.
