Is there a presoak or anything I should use. Or do it by hand. I know that they are two totally different things but if you know how to get rid of one or both I would appreciate it.How do you get sweat and cooking oil stains out?
Try spraying the stains down with Shout stain remover. Rub in then let set for a while. Wash in cold water/cold water rinse. Let the items air dry. Do not dry in the dryer or wash on warm or hot water. If you do that you will set the stain for sure and you will not be able to get the stain out. If that doesn't work try using dawn dish soap on the cooking oil stain. Rub it in and let it set for a while then wash in cold water/ cold water rinse then air dry.
