I plan on deep frying my turkey again this year but dont know if I need to change the oil in it yet. I rarely fry in it but want to make sure.How can I tell if I need to change the cooking oil in the turkey fryer?
Well, if there is a lot of black stuff in it change it. If it looks really dirty change it. If you have had it in the fryer since last thanksgiving-CHANGE IT!
