I'VE ALWAYS HEARD THAT THE BEST WAY OF TAKING OIL OFF CONCRETE WAS TO TAKE CAT LITTER AND LET IT SIT ON TOP OF THE OIL SPOT. IF THAT DOESNT WORK TRY USING A PRESSURE WASHER THEN MAYBE POUR SOME BLEACH ON IT.
