How can I produce cooking oil from Palm Oil Kernels?

You can cold pressing the oil and you have to filter it because little peaces of the kernels also passes the press. After that you have to heat up the oil in order to destroy enzymes which lead to oil degradation within a short time.How can I produce cooking oil from Palm Oil Kernels?
Yeah just filter out the pure oil and use it.
