I cannot offer you a recipe because it is in fact a long process that requires special machines.
It start with the pulverizing of the raw product, usually sunflower seed.
Once that is in a pulp the oil is extracted and put through a cleaning sieve process to arrive at the oily final product.
Look up peanut butter manufacture. It involves a similar process.
