Does taking several spoonful of olive, canola Cooking oil beneficial to health?

The book said they are mono/polysaturated in fat unlike other fat that came from dairy products.


So does intake of several spoonful of these cooking oil beneficial?


Do you think the book mean cooking oil or what?Does taking several spoonful of olive, canola Cooking oil beneficial to health?
I wouldnt be drinking it, the book does not mean to drink several spoonfuls. It means that using this kind of oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oils and other types with monounsaturated fats is best when cooking food.


For example, if u are frying an egg, don't use butter (because it has tons of saturated fats, both poly and monosaturateds) and tons of cholesterol... use extra virgin olive oil, it has no polysaturated fats... it is better for your body to not get poly saturated, or even monosaturated fats..


So don't drink it, you get enough fat as it is.... just use it to cook with ,and you will be better off.Does taking several spoonful of olive, canola Cooking oil beneficial to health?
