How do I get cooking oil stains of clothing?

I heard rubbing dawn on the stain works, but do I just hand wash it with dawn or rub it on the stain and leave it like that over night. Or do i rub the dawn then wash it in the laundry. Help please!?!?!How do I get cooking oil stains of clothing?
I have to do this almost daily. Put dishwashing liquid on the stain and let it set for awile. Wash it in HOT water, if possible. You might have to repeat the process.How do I get cooking oil stains of clothing?
I would try the dawn and leave it sit for a couple hours then wash it in the laundry with regular detergent. I would use a little more detergent than normal and use the heavy soiled setting on your washer if you have one. If not you could always take it to the dry cleaner they specialize in removing stains
