Canola - up to 375F
Coconut - any temp
Corn oil - up to 400F
Grapeseed Oil - can go up to 400F, but loses Omega after 200F.
Olive Oil - up to 350F
Peanut Oil - can go very hot, but loses health benefits after 212F.

If you want a neutral cooking oil, use Peanut Oil (smoke point 450 degrees for refined oil). For other choices, follow link below.
Veggie oil is a good one for frying and a helpful hint. 350 is the magic number for frying.
