Vegetable Oil, but you can also use Canola, I know you said no butter or margarine.....but i use all of the above with really good results
Vegetable oil is the best.
DON'T use extra virgin olive
oil.
I use canola oil. You can also use vegetable oil or light (in color %26amp; flavor) olive oil.
I would stick with Vegetable oil
Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil. Both have low flavors. NEVER use Olive Oil- while it's good in cooking, in baking it throws off the taste with the fruity olive flavor.
